Dear pilot

We have decided to publish changes to the process which automatically pulls real life United flights on a nightly basis. As a growing community, listening to our members is essential. Your feedback is very important to us and allows us to build a better virtual airline experience. The current script which only offers United Airlines flights happening in real life on that day will undergo some changes based on this feedback.

Once per season, all Star Alliance flights will be wiped from our schedule and renewed with new routes. This process will take an entire week and always takes place during the first month of the new season (January, April, June, October 1-7). After this week, the schedule should contain 99% of the airline’s routes. You might notice a limited amount of available lights in the first half of the week, this is because we can only retrieve flights up to 24 hours in advance. A daily pull will thus increase the our schedule’s accuracy.

Changes to the schedule will go into effect on May 1st, midnight UTC/Zulu. Some slight performance issues might occur around that time as we pull in thousands of new flights. Feel free to track ongoing incidents on our brand new status page: .

Best regards
